DELIVERY AND SHIPPING METHODS

Handbag Spa & Shop delivers articles ordered by you to your delivery address indicated in the ordering process. The shipping costs within Germany: for a value of goods under 3.000 EUR – 6,90 EUR, for a value of goods over 3.000 EUR – 22,90 EUR.

For shipping within Europe (EU zones 1/2/3 and non-EU zones 1/3), shipping costs for a value of goods under 3,000 EUR are 15.90 EUR.

Each handbag is professionally packed and shipped with a tracking number. Depending on the country you live in, we will select the best delivery service for you. International shipping via UPS is also possible.

Are you ordering from a non-EU country? Please contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp for a non-binding offer. Deliveries outside Europe may incur additional costs (customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, etc.). These other costs are to be enquired about by the buyer at the respective customs office and are to be carried by the buyer himself.

Handbag Spa will cover the cost of insured shipping for you. We will send you an already paid parcel label by e-mail, shipping via UPS is also possible. We can also organise a concierge pick-up service for you, we adapt the whole process to your needs.
